What is it and how can it help?

• Capturing key moments, discussions, and ideas in real time at conferences, workshops, and seminars

• Creating engaging visuals to support effective communication and to make complex information accessible

• Hand-drawn illustrations help engage audiences, improve information retention, and provide visually compelling assets for social media and marketing

How does it work?

• We schedule a 30 minute pre-event call to discuss any questions that you might have and to share any key messages and requirements.

• I draw digitally on my ipad during the event, capturing discussions and presentations in real time. If you’d like the summary to be shared with the audience during a break time, or at the end of the event, I will have a HDMI cable with me to attach to a screen (if available at the venue).

• Digital files are shared following the event. These can then be printed, displayed, shared via social media or directly with stakeholders. I work digitally in this way (rather than on large sheets of paper), as it offers greater versatility for using the visual notes.

Visuals can help to break down and clearly demonstrate complex information in a way that makes it inclusive and accessible to a wider audience.
